I build teams that
design and innovate
boldly.
With a background in architecture and graphic design, I bring structural thinking and a trained eye to every team I lead. At ServiceNow, I partner with product and engineering to shape strategy, not just execute on it — building the kind of design culture where bold ideas and rigorous craft coexist.

Led design across Workplace Service Delivery and Health & Safety — managing a team of 5–7 designers. Partnered with product and engineering to shape roadmap direction, not just execute on it.
One of the founding designers on Workplace Service Delivery. Defined the product's design language from first principles across Analytics, Maintenance, Cases, Leases, and Reservations — patterns that scaled with the product.
Built Gainsight's design team in India from scratch — a 6-person function — while simultaneously leading a full-scale platform redesign. Balanced team formation and high-stakes delivery without compromising either.
Convinced CEO Nick Mehta to greenlight a full redesign of the platform — then led it. Built shared design standards that unified the product experience and accelerated delivery across teams.
Conducted on-site research inside active underground gold mines at Barrick Gold Corp, Nevada. No proxies, no assumptions — designed and shipped 20+ apps directly with the operators who used them.
Designed enterprise social media management experiences for Nike, Disney, Virgin, Dell, and Indian Railways — delivering at scale for some of the world's most demanding brands.
Designed with intent.
Built to matter.
Good taste is rare.
A culture of good taste is rarer.
Twelve years of building design teams across startups and enterprise taught me one thing clearly — the product is only as good as the culture that made it. These are the beliefs I lead by.
In one lifetime, Brunel built the Thames Tunnel, the Clifton Suspension Bridge, and the SS Great Western — the ship that crossed the Atlantic in record time. He didn't ask whether something was possible. He asked what it would take. That's the standard I hold for bold design.
"Harsha had a huge impact on our team and clients. We completely redesigned our UI and UX — what we call the Horizon Design System. He created a world-class, modern UI/UX framework and was a tremendous collaborator working with designers, engineers, and PMs to implement it across our top features. The net result was a significantly improved NPS and adoption metrics for our clients."
"Harsha was promoted from IC to design manager due to his strong understanding of the design process and effective problem-solving. He demonstrated an impressive ability to assess his team's skills and nurture their growth with patience and intellectual support. He excels at building consensus and fostering relationships — crucial for a design manager addressing business challenges through design."
