I'm Harsha Andukuri, a Product Design Manager at ServiceNow in Hyderabad, India, with 13 years of experience across Sprinklr (where I designed for Nike, Disney, and Dell), Groundhog Apps (20+ apps for underground gold mining in the USA), and Gainsight (leading a 6-person team through a full platform redesign) — each role building on the last, always anchored in design that moves the needle.
Outside of work, I keep things interesting. I write research papers to nerd out on design, share knowledge with students at design schools through guest lectures and juries, and devour books to keep my brain buzzing. I give guest talks and workshops to share design perspectives and learn from others in return. And when it's time to truly unwind, I pick up a paintbrush and let the inner artist take over.
